Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head with a strong background in recycled paper plant engineering and expertise in steam and power distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of MG and mold board machines and boiler operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage engineering operations of a recycled paper plant.

Ensure efficient steam and power distribution across the facility.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of MG and mold board machines.

Manage boiler operations ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Lead projects involving machine erection, commissioning, and power plants (8+ MW).

Handle a team of 100+ coworkers, peers, junior staff, and contract workers.

Qualifications:

BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Proven track record with 15+ years of relevant experience.

Extensive project experience in machine erection, commissioning, and power plants.

Preferred Skills:

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
