Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Daman

Experience: 10 -15 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

- Ensure minimum equipment breakdowns and maximum machine availability across the plant.
- Implement and strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Analyze breakdowns and drive permanent corrective actions to eliminate repetitive failures.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs while ensuring optimum spares inventory management.
- Lead machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure timely completion of all projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with production, purchase, and external vendors for seamless execution of maintenance and projects.
- Ensure effective utilization and compliance of ERP/SAP maintenance systems.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure zero major non- conformities.
- Liaise with government authorities for maintenance-related statutory compliance.




- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations across all maintenance activities.
- Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including building second-line leadership and succession planning.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance systems
- Expertise in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM)
- Understanding of TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and reliability improvement techniques
- Knowledge of utilities (compressors, chillers, boilers, electrical panels, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP maintenance modules
- Understanding of statutory compliance and safety regulations (Factory laws, electrical safety, etc.)

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
