Job Title: Property Recce Officer – Luxury Villas & Apartments (Buy/Sell & Rental Inventory)

Reporting to: AVP – Home Acquisition

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Recce Officer to help us grow our portfolio of luxury villas and apartments for sale, purchase, and short-term rental. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting premium properties, evaluating their potential, and generating high-quality leads that align with our business goals. This is a field-intensive role ideal for someone with a passion for luxury real estate and strong local knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground visits to scout potential luxury villas and apartments for buying, selling, and rental onboarding.

Identify premium properties based on location, build quality, design, and market demand.

Develop a solid pipeline of property leads through field visits, broker networks, referrals, and local contacts.

Build relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and property managers.

Evaluate properties using checklists – covering condition, location, layout, legal status, amenities, and rental potential.





Capture property photos/videos and prepare detailed reports for internal review.

Gather and verify accurate contact and property details for lead qualification.

Collaborate with the Sales, Acquisition, and Marketing teams to push qualified leads forward.

Stay informed about luxury property trends, hot zones, and upcoming projects in the area.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate scouting, site inspections, property sourcing, or field sales.

Strong local knowledge and a network within the real estate or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to evaluate high-end properties with an eye for luxury details.

Comfortable working on the field and managing multiple property visits per day.

Basic proficiency in using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and photo/video tools.

Fluency in English and local languages.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury real estate (buy/sell or rental).

Existing broker and developer network is a big plus.

Own two-wheeler or vehicle with valid license.
