- Oversee construction: Manage and coordinate all in office construction activities to ensure work progresses as planned.

- Ensure quality: Inspect work to verify it meets project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

- Monitor progress: Track project milestones, identify any delays or issues, and take corrective actions.

- Manage resources: Oversee the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment,



and monitor material usage.

Safety and compliance
- Enforce safety protocols: Implement and enforce strict safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Ensure compliance: Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and project-specific guidelines.

Coordination and communication
- Coordinate teams: Coordinate the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
