Key duties include scheduling, enforcing safety protocols (PPE), and ensuring accurate documentation, such as delivery logs and JobLeads challans. They also handle inventory discrepancies and optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to loading/unloading staff to meet strict deadlines.
- Operational Control: Oversee the loading/unloading of goods from trucks, containers, or railcars, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including PPE usage, to prevent accidents and cargo damage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including delivery receipts and JobLeads logbooks.
- Problem Resolution:



Address discrepancies, damaged goods, and workflow bottlenecks, as noted by JobLeads.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the usage of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years) in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, according to Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items, often up to 60-75 lbs
