Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Site Mobilization
- Understanding of infrastructure requirement and drawings.
- Ensuring the Site mobilization as per the Site engineer's instructions.

- Project Execution
- Understand methodology of each site activity and implementation.
- To execute all construction activities as per given data and instructions by the senior engineer.
- To execute site work with accuracy & precision and all as per proper methodology.
- To help in deal with site laborer's or sub-contractor/contractor.
- Daily material issue management from store as per instruction of senior engineer.
- To help in minimize the wastage of materials.
- Material requirement view, planning & highlighting of shortages to the Site engineer.
- To manage material requirement with proper stacking plan for it.
- Maintaining updated status of the shuttering material & proper storage / identification of shuttering material on site.
- Understand shuttering and de-shuttering methodology and supervise the same.
- Ensuring safekeeping and maintaining company’s assets.
- Understand and keep required resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring site housekeeping through material storage at its defined location / proper stacking of shuttering material / steel yard organization etc.
- To assist planning engineer in making weekly planning of work.





- Record Keeping

- To assist Senior Engineer in maintaining all daily documentations and records.
- Ensuring site photographs per the defined stages & completion of construction stages.
- Prepare & maintain Machine utilization log sheet(JCB / Fighter machine / Vibrator / Vehicle etc.)
- Maintain material incoming and utilization report with the help of Senior engineer.
- Help in Daily progress report preparation.
- To maintain daily department labor report.
- Daily redo /Rework data management with the details of cause & consequences (financial / technical etc.)
- Preparation of issuance &acceptance; of Back charges / Debit note from subcontractors.

- Quality Control

- To maintain quality of work as per instructions given by QA/QC engineer.
- Preparation of Concrete pour card.
- Preparation of check list of various activities and monitoring.
- Ensuring quality checks for various activities to control of rework.

- Safety

- To follow all safety measures as per instructions given by Safety engineer.
- Ensuring compliance of Safety Protocol & Practices – as applicable & necessary.
