We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior Field Sales professional to join our construction team, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will possess , a robust passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
2. Build relationships with architects, engineers, builders, and contractors.
3. Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
4. Promote PEB products and services to potential clients.
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and operations).
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.
2. 1-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry or also any other industry we preferred .
3. Excellent , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. he must have his own bike.
