Job Description:

Position: Manager - QC

Location: Daman

Experience: 10 -15 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- To ensure smooth Quality & Inspection function in Incoming RM,PM & Packaging Material.
- To ensure Smooth In Process Quality & Inspection function for Semi-Finished Product.
- To ensure smooth Finish Valuable Quality & Inspection function for Finish Good (Before Sterilization, After sterilization & Final Dispatch).
- To Take CA/PA for Customer Complaint and Hence identify issue and Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Design & Development Team for Issue resolving.
- To Keep Update about standards for Product, process and ISO.
- Timely update QMS Document like Quality Plan, Specification, SOP and Procedure etc.
- To train down team for knowledge upgrade, standard update.




- To Maintain NCR detail and take proper CA/PA from concern dept. like production, Purchase and Vendo.
- Timely Audit vendor and its facility.
- New Sample Testing and Protocol.
- Also, Knowledge of QC Lab Machine and its function.

- Technical expertise in plastic and mechanical fields.
- Leadership
- Good Communication and analysis Skills.

Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
