Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the co-working space industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality standards in workspace design, setup, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage co-working space projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Oversee site selection, design, construction, and operational setup for new co-working spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and workplace policies.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as required.




- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project execution.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, co-working spaces, or commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of workspace design, fit-out projects, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Valuable understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in launching multiple co-working or commercial real estate projects.
