About the job

Get paid to pilot a real humanoid robot. A well-funded deep-tech startup is building humanoid robots for industry, and we need Robot Pilots to drive them. Strap into VR and motion-capture gear and operate a real robot through real factory tasks in real time. Not a simulator. Every move you make trains the AI behind the machine. No robotics background required. If you have sharp instincts, strong hand-eye coordination, and you learn quick, we'll teach you the rest.

What it takes: Quick thinking under time pressure, spatial awareness, and focus that holds across long, repetitive tasks. Freshers encouraged.

Heads up: this is a physical, on-your-feet role. You'll stand and move for most of a 10-hour shift, 5 days a week, in VR gear. Apply only if that's for you.

Process: Online aptitude test - on-the-job training - live robot trial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate humanoid robots using VR and motion-capture gear.
2. Perform real factory tasks in real time through robot operation.
3.



Help train the AI behind the robot through every task performed.
