Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand representation: Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company's products and services professionally across all customer interactions and promotional activities.
2. Brand promotion & campaign execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand activation campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
3. Customer engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with customers by understanding their needs, delivering exceptional experiences, and strengthening brand loyalty.
4. Market research & brand insights: Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, successful campaign execution, and achievement of business objectives.
