About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and run multi-channel growth campaigns across paid search, email, LinkedIn, and content from brief to launch to reporting
2. Build and maintain marketing automation workflows: lead capture, nurture sequences, lifecycle emails, lead scoring, and CRM handoff to sales
3. Own the top and middle of the funnel landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths and A/B test them continuously
4. Set up and audit conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager so reported numbers match reality
5. Work directly with the sales team on outbound campaigns, sequences, and lead quality feedback loops
6. Track CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution weekly, and present what worked, what didn't, and what changes next
7. Research ICPs and competitors, and turn that into positioning, messaging, and campaign angles
8. Coordinate with SEO and content on organic and AI search visibility so paid and organic pull in the same direction
