AI SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced AI Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions.Key Responsibilities :AI & Copilot Development :- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio for business processes.- Develop AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including model orchestration and prompt engineering.- Integrate Azure OpenAI and LLM-based services into secure and scalable enterprise workflows.- Configure and optimize AI solutions based on business and technical requirements.- Support the operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed AI solutions.Automation & Process Intelligence :- Build end-to-end business automations using Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, and document processing.- Integrate Copilots and automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams,



and ERP systems.- Develop reusable automation patterns and optimize existing workflows.- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and intelligent automation.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI and automation solutions.Integration & Security :- Develop and consume REST APIs and connectors for enterprise integrations.- Implement appropriate security, access control, and RBAC practices.- Ensure AI and automation solutions follow enterprise security and compliance requirements.- Collaborate with business, IT, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.Tech Stack :- Azure AI Foundry- Microsoft Copilot Studio- Power Automate- Azure OpenAI- LLM concepts- Prompt Engineering- REST APIs- Microsoft 365- SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Security/RBAC.Preferred Qualifications :- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.- Relevant Azure or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.- Experience working with enterprise ERP integrations.- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
