Job Description – Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant (PPM with Grants Management)ResponsibilitiesImplement and support the Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) module, including Project Execution Management, in Oracle Cloud ERP production environments.Gather business requirements, prepare requirement documents, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.Engage with business users across multiple business units to understand business objectives and deliver effective Oracle Cloud solutions.Configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications based on business requirements.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation, support, and post-go-live activities.Monitor project milestones and ensure successful project delivery and go-live.Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for project execution and issue resolution.Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements.Mandatory SkillsMinimum 6 + years of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and/or support experience.Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant or Lead Consultant .Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
