The role requires robust governance skills, crossfunctional coordination, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful delivery.Key Responsibilities :Project Portfolio ManagementManage and track progress across multiple concurrent projects including AI products, platformenhancements , and other internal portalsMaintain and update project tracking dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into BA, Development,QA,



and Delivery statusMonitor completion percentages and proactively address projects falling behind scheduleGovernance & Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with Business Committees and Technical Committees to ensure alignmentFacilitate governance meetings and ensure decision-making accountabilityCoordinate with distributed teamsRisk Management & MitigationIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact product rolloutsEscalate blockers and "On Hold" items, developing action plans to resolve themMonitor project dependencies and resource constraints across BA, Dev, QA, and Delivery phasesProduct Launch ReadinessEnsure all project phases (Initiation, Discovery & Requirements, Architecture & Design, Development,QA, Deployment) are properly executedTrack deliverables including project charters, requirements baselines, architecture designs, and golive readinessDefine and monitor launch KPIs and success metricsReporting & CommunicationProvide weekly status updates to CTO and senior leadershipMaintain project documentation and ensure audit-ready recordsCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholdersRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in software development/technology environmentsProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (10+ simultaneously)Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologiesProven experience of Development Sprint design, Retrospectives as well as corrective action plans.Experience with project tracking tools (Excel, Loop, JIRA, Azure DevOps)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredRequired SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with risk assessment and mitigation strategiesAbility to work with cross-functional teams (BA, Development, QA, Delivery)Familiarity with AI/ML product development lifecycle is a plus
