Role Overview The Technical Assistant to the Chairman will work closely with the Chairman and technical teams to support technology project coordination, documentation, follow-up, status reporting, meeting intelligence, task tracking and AI-assisted productivity. This is not a pure secretarial role and not a developer role. It is a hybrid role combining: ● Technical understanding ● Project coordination ● Executive assistance ● Structured documentation ● Follow-up discipline ● AI tool usage ● Management reporting Key Responsibilities ● Track ongoing technology projects, modules, developers, QA updates and delivery timelines. ● Convert Chairman’s verbal or written directions into structured action points. ● Follow up with developers, QA, HR and project leads for updates. ● Identify delays, blockers, risks and pending decisions. ● Attend technical and project meetings where required. ● Maintain project trackers for EduNavigatorX modules and internal technical initiatives. ● Maintain clean records for Chairman review. ● Prepare daily/weekly status reports, management summaries, action trackers, risk registers, follow up logs etc.



● Use ChatGPT or approved AI tools to draft summaries, trackers, reports and structured documentation. ● Verify AI-generated outputs before submitting. ● Maintain confidentiality and avoid uploading sensitive information into unauthorized tools Coordinate with: ● Developers ● QA ● HR ● Project managers ● Module leads ● External vendors ● Chairman’s Office Required Skills ● Strong written English ● Strong organizational skills ● Ability to summarize messy information clearly ● Comfort with technology projects and software terminology ● Ability to use Excel / Google Sheets / Notion / project trackers ● Ability to use AI tools responsibly ● Strong follow-up discipline ● Attention to detail ● Ability to work directly with senior leadership Preferred Prior experience as: ● Technical coordinator ● Project coordinator, ● Executive assistant in technology setting, ● Business analyst, ● Founder’s office associate, ● Product operations associate, ● PMO assistant.
