The StudentCounsellor will guide students in identifying suitable courses and career pathways, offering expert advice on study abroad opportunities and international exam preparation. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one counselling, addressing inquiries, ensuring excellent customer support,
and assisting students in navigating academic and career decisions. The role entails nurturing student aspirations by creating personalised recommendations and fostering a trusting and supportive setting.QualificationsProficiency in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to guide students in making informed educational and career decisionsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and address their queriesFamiliarity with Education systems and study-abroad opportunitiesEmpathetic and approachable mindset to build trust and offer reassuranceStrategic and time-management skillsExperience in international education or language coaching is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Human Services, or a related field
