Role Description This is an on-site Chartered Accountant Articleship internship role based in Kolkata. The Articleship trainee will assist in statutory and tax audits, preparation and review of financial statements, and maintenance of accounting records.
Daily responsibilities may include working on income tax and GST computations, supporting compliance filings, and helping prepare working papers and documentation for audits and assessments. The role also involves research on accounting and tax issues, coordinating with team members on client assignments, and maintaining accurate work papers and reports.





The intern will be guided by qualified professionals and is expected to adhere to professional standards and timelines.

Candidates should be enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course and eligible to commence Articleship as per applicable institute regulations.
Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation (including direct and indirect tax) is expected.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting or tax software will be beneficial.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data and regulations are required.
Ability to work in a team, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple assignments under supervision is needed.
