About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to bring our mobile app and brand to life through engaging, high-quality animations. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of motion design, UI animations, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create smooth, modern, and premium animations for both the app and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations.

Create engaging animations for the mobile app, including:

Onboarding screens

Splash screens

UI transitions

Micro-interactions

Loading animations

Feature demonstrations

In-app promotional animations

Produce promotional videos and animated content for social media.

Collaborate with the UI/UX and product team to create seamless user experiences.

Maintain consistency with the app's branding and design language.

Optimize animations for mobile performance without compromising quality.

Deliver assets in multiple formats suitable for Android, iOS, and marketing platforms.

Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Animation.

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and promotional videos.

Proficiency in:

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Premiere Pro





Figma

Lottie (Bodymovin)

Knowledge of animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.

Experience creating animations for mobile applications.

Understanding of responsive design and mobile UI/UX.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Rive animations.

Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.

Experience creating app explainer videos.

Understanding of branding and visual identity.

Familiarity with exporting assets for developers (JSON/Lottie, GIF, MP4, SVG).
