Gold Coast Electricals by SNRG is looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Executive Assistant who can manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and ensure the timely execution of critical tasks.

? Location: Sector 63, Noida

? Work Mode: On-site | Monday to Saturday

⏰ Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM | Saturday, 10 AM–4:30 PM

? Experience: 2–5 years in an EA/PA or similar role preferred





? Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage meetings, calendars, appointments, and travel schedules

✔ Prepare MoMs, maintain action trackers, and drive follow-ups to closure

✔ Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and business communications

✔ Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders

✔ Track management priorities, deadlines, and pending actions

✔ Handle confidential records and information with complete discretion

✔ Use AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and execution

Ideal Candidate:
