Strategy Manager/Senior Manager: Cables

- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in consulting firms such as MBB/Big-4
- Reporting To: SBU Head Cables
- Location: Havells Head Office Noida –Work from Office (5 days)

Objective: This strategic role within the Cable SBU is designed for a high-performing professional who will work closely with the leadership team to drive market intelligence & GTM strategies & support in operational excellence.

Job responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:

- Market intelligence across competitor movements, pricing, features benchmarking to support partnership decisions
- Perform data analysis, develop storylines, and manage project schedules
- Strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to turn business strategies into action plans
- Own problem statements end-to-end—from framing to execution
- Function as a go to person supporting decision-making through data, and structured analysis
- Assist in drafting proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks

Operational Improvement for Existing Business:

- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for efficiency enhancement




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives
- Monitor key KPIs
- Conduct CAPEX planning to support revenue aspirations in a timely manner
- Support business transformation and digital automation projects.

Develop GTM Strategy & Launch New Products:

- Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D;, sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations
- Evaluate new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue
- Deep dive into sales, margins, channel performance, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and red flags
- Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis
- Support product launch planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Prepare business cases and launch presentations for leadership approval

Education: B. Tech / MBA
