Job Description

Aspire Textiles LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Production team. Candidates will be trained to supervise production activities, coordinate with operators, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the textile manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring daily production activities.

- Support production planning and target achievement.

- Coordinate with operators and department heads.

- Maintain production records and reports.

- Ensure quality standards are followed.

- Monitor safety and housekeeping practices.

- Report production issues to senior supervisors.

- Learn and implement production processes and SOPs.

RequirementsEligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
