We are looking for a Service Now AI Solutions Consultant with hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Next Experience, UI Builder, portal modernization, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations, with the ability to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure AI-enabled Service Now solutions.
- Configure Next Experience, UI Builder, and modern Service Now workspaces.
- Deliver portal modernization initiatives to improve user experience and self-service.
- Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Service Now automation capabilities.
- Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, or Virtual Agent.
- Develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Service Now solutions.

Key Skills:

- 6–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Service Now implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Next Experience, UI Builder, and portal modernization.
- Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, or other AI capabilities in Service Now.




- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, or custom Service Now applications.
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are preferred.
