We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to optimize our supply chain processes in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in supply chain management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Supply Chain Operations:** Oversee the entire supply chain process from sourcing materials to delivering finished products, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts and ensure that products are available when needed, while minimizing excess inventory.

- **Supplier Relations:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and reliability.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales and logistics,



to ensure alignment in supply chain strategies and meet customer demands effectively.

- **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks in the supply chain process and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential to foster relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is expected. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Experience in inventory management and data analysis will be highly valued.
