Helpline Support-
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures to ensure a smooth travel experience.
2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely load and unload luggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
3. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working setting for passengers, crew, and ground staff.
4. **Coordination**: Work closely with airline staff and other ground services to coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring timely service.
5. **Customer Service**: Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, providing information and support throughout their journey.
