Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and other wireframing tools.
Collaborate with product and development teams to translate requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across projects.

Project & Requirements Management:
Gather software requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
Assist in defining the scope of software features and functionalities.
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.

Testing & Documentation:
Prepare and document test cases to validate software functionality.
Analyze feedback and contribute to iterative improvements in design and functionality.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:




Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.
Exhibit leadership in managing small teams or design-related initiatives.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Familiarity with Figma and wireframing/prototyping tools.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of project management techniques and software development processes.
Critical thinking and ability to document software requirements and test cases.
