Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity.
Ensures that the current joiners have the best onboarding experience.
Owns manages the current joiners induction training for the business function.
Creates learning and development programs for employees.
Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging.
Ensuring all employee grievances are closed within a specified time frame.
