Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of real-time data streaming and processing.
Familiarity with integration of Apache Kafka with various data sources and sinks.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for high availability and fault tolerance.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
