To drives all warehouse operations effectively.

Key Job Responsibilities

Ware housing
Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations.
Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process.
Maintaining IRA along with the team
Warehouse Management using SAP
Leading MRN /Inward/ Put Away / BTBR Compliance /DMS
Zero stock out situations
Feedback from operations team
Yield report
Internal & external Audits
Commissary Scorecard
Inventory Holding

Supply Chain Management
Availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries;
Managing warehouse operations, involving and coordinating with various & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions.
No stock out
Quarterly feedback from operations team
Internal & External Audits





Quality Assurance
Adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
Customer (Internal / external ) Satisfaction
Commissary Scorecard
Meeting all internal audit requirements.

Operations & Management
Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.
Coordinating the logistic need for the region and other regional commissaries.
Ensuring valuable manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards laid down by Dominos Pizza International Limited.
