About the Role

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Compliance - Regulatory Relationship. As a leading financial institution, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in compliance and regulatory affairs, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the bank's adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities.
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and advise the bank on potential impacts.
Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings in a timely manner.




Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
Conduct investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

What We Are Looking For

Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Post Graduation degree in MBA

Experience
1 year of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs within the banking or financial services industry.

Skills and Attributes
Robust knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Skilled certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.
