You’ll join the Business Development team. This is not a data-entry sales role. You’ll be doing real outreach, building real relationships, and learning how enterprise B2B sales actually works in Tech, from first touch to signed engagement. We use AI to research prospects, draft outreach, prepare pre-call briefs, personalise follow-ups, and surface insights from sales conversations.

Pipeline Building & Outreach
Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline via Linked In, cold emails, and targeted calling.




Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and outreach platforms like Instantly) to research prospects, personalise outreach at scale, and sharpen messaging.
Generate qualified leads and hand them off to senior BD with full context. Draft compelling outreach messages, follow-up emails, and proposal summaries that reflect Tech Bulls’ technical depth.
Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and demos with senior leadership.
Prepare pre-call research briefs so every meeting walks in prepared.

Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in Pipedrive (our CRM).
Prepare weekly outreach performance reports and flag pipeline blockers early.
