Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues promptly.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
Robust analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends impacting system performance.
Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within business-critical environments.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices to support decision-making.
Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
