Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and campaign delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
Assist in creating presentations and proposals for client meetings.
Collaboration:




Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign materials.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and social media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
