Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and data models.
Collaborate with IT, development teams, and product owners to design and implement solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
Support project delivery by participating in planning, testing, and user training.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
Create reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
0–1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst (a plus).
