About the Role We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify potential customers, and collaborate closely with the sales team to build a strong pipeline.

Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach.
Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline targets.
Maintain accurate prospect information and activity updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified prospects.
Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and sales performance.




2–5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a similar outbound sales role within a B2B SaaS organization.
~ Experience selling to the Indian market .
~ Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
~ Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and Linked In.
~ Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot , Salesforce, or similar tools.

~ A solid learning mindset and passion for building a career in SaaS sales.
