Responsibilities:

Lead generation and exploration of recent potential target markets.

Conduct sales planning and coordination activities.

Collaborate with clients on Category Management discussions and improvement projects.

Train and lead the front-line sales force and distributor/stockist staff.

Analyze market trends, track competitors' activities, and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of experience in areas such as retail performance assessment, brand management, and channel operations.

Proficiency in strategic thinking, leadership, and retail analytics.

Skills in process improvement and market trend analysis.

Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and pricing strategies.

Familiarity with current product development and channel plans.





Robust communication skills in regional languages and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like R and Excel.

Experience in sales, preferably in industries such as FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals, or Agriculture.

Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Ability to work autonomously, meet sales targets, and drive process improvements.
