Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain focused test plans.
Perform complex test cases and maintain associated test records.
Participate in agile estimation and provide inputs during the development lifecycle.
Assist development teams in resolving critical customer issues in a timely manner.
Reconstruct complex issues into explicit proofs for development fixes.
Ensure quality in building, packaging, and deploying code.
Identify patterns needing quality intervention before QA settings.
Design test plans for future requirements.
Set up and maintain testing environments.
Utilize automated test scripts to perform testing duties.
Conduct peer test reviews and suggest improvements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members.
Foster teamwork and proactively mentor and develop team members.
Apply problem-solving skills to minimize test plan rework.
Use customer understanding and relevant technology knowledge to ensure high-quality product/service delivery.
