IPR Business Partner
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate patent expert to join our Intellectual Property team. This exciting role offers the prospect to collaborate with engineering and technology teams. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality and accurate analysis while, gaining exposure to global IP best practices and understanding regional IP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with engineering and technology teams to proactively identify and document invention disclosures Perform comprehensive novelty screenings and conduct in-depth patentability assessments Work cross-functionally with teams, including R&D;, to analyse patents related to key initiatives and projects Review patent applications to ensure alignment with intellectual property objectives Conduct patent landscape analyses to identify emerging trends, evaluate competitor portfolios,



and highlight innovation opportunities Provide support in patent prosecution, including responding to office actions Contribute actively to licensing initiatives

Skills:
Proficiency in prior art searches Infringement searches, Evidence of Use (EoU) assessments, Claim Charts and Mapping Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses Invalidity searches, etc Detail-oriented with ability to prioritizing tasks in quick-paced environments Adaptable team player, committed to supporting collective organizational goals Result oriented with extreme ownership

Qualification:
Engineering background mandatory, mechanical / electronics engineering preferred 7+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property (IP)
