We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, solid analytical skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively.

Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

What You’ll Do:

Accurately process cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash.
Manage order booking and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client SLAs.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Collections to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
Maintain customer account records and prepare O2C reports, including aging reports, dispute logs, and unapplied payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate with Collections,



and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about best practices and regulatory updates within the O2C process.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com)/BBA is required.
2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash, including cash application, invoicing, or order management.
Positive understanding of accounting principles related to Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
️ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exposure to global clients or multinational environments is a plus.
