Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Business Orbit. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, and events. Daily tasks include trimming footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, color grading, and adding motion graphics or text overlays to enhance visual storytelling. The Video Editor will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives, maintain brand consistency,



and deliver videos aligned with campaign goals and timelines. The role also involves organizing media assets, managing project files, and optimizing video formats for different digital platforms.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to create high-quality, engaging content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual style.
Ability to design and implement Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
Experience with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms and best practices for video content.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Solid communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial, as well as a portfolio showcasing previous video work.
