Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned site (Borivali or Bandra)
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution
Maintain site documentation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Support client visits and ensure a positive in office experience
Monitor progress and report updates to senior management

What we're Looking For:
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or site management preferred
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with Mumbai s real estate landscape is a plus
