Role & responsibilities
Managed end-to-end Customer, Vendor, and Employee Master Data processes, including Travel & Expense (T&E;) administration, governance, and compliance.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards.
Review, validate, and approve complex master data requests while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct data quality audits and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve master data quality and reliability.
Identify process gaps and implement standardization initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support digital transformation and automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation and governance controls
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, vendor, employee, and data governance matters
Prepare operational,



governance and performance reports for management review
Analyse trends, identify process improvement prospects, and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements. Support
internal and external audits by providing process documentation and audit evidence.
Identify risks related to inaccurate or incomplete master data and implement mitigation
measures and strengthen governance frameworks to improve compliance and business risk management
Ensure to meet KPI targets with high quality all the time
Focus on process improvement initiatives and reduce non-value adds from the process.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in finance / accounting.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management
Concur (Travel and Expenditure) processes in a multinational workplace.
Experience in finance or accounting functions including escalations reporting in Master Data Management and related functions.
