Analyze battery cell packs and perform balancing.
Identify root cause analysis using data acquisition tools.
Repair PCM and PCBA, and troubleshoot battery pack errors.
Define problems, collect data, analyze results, interpret findings, and write technical reports.
Implement waste control and cost-saving methods to optimize resource utilization.
Manage quality control processes effectively using Kaizen and 5S methods.

Job Requirements
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with relevant knowledge of Lithium-Ion Cell/Battery Testing.
Proficient in charging and discharging batteries, as well as analyzing error in battery packs.
Experience with BMS, cell sorting, and spot welding is required.




Knowledge of insulation pasting machines, cell capacity testing, and Chroma for charging and discharging assembled batteries is essential.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in after-sales service.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw solid conclusions from data analysis.
