We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor balances.
Generate invoices and track customer payments.
Process supplier payments and maintain payable/receivable records.
Assist in preparing GST-related data and coordinate with the company’s CA.
Maintain organized financial documentation and reports.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end bookkeeping.
Handle bookkeeping related to travel packages, vendor payments, and customer transactions.Requirements




2–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Valuable understanding of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills
Experience handling multiple vendors and travel-related transactions.
Familiarity with accounting workflows in travel agencies or tour operators.
