Experience with 5250 green-screen interface
Robust production support (incident/ticket handling)Hands-on with:
SCI (Supply Chain Integration)
StayLinked (RF devices)
MarkMagic (labels & printing)
SQL Server (dbo schema) basic query & data troubleshooting
Experience in warehouse/DC operations support
5 10 years overall
3+ years in PKMS on AS400 (mandatory)
Solid production support / incident resolution experience

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot PKMS issues.
Handle SCI issues
SCI Prod down / instability
Data missing / interface failures
Manage RF (StayLinked)
Perform data validation using SQL.

Preferred
Multi-DC support experience
Exposure to transportation (LTL/FTL, parcel, XBOL)
