Job Description:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Retail Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products and expand our retail network. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads and develop retail business.
Visit retailers, dealers, and distributors on a regular basis.
Promote company products and increase market presence.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain solid customer relationships and provide timely support.
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field visits.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in Retail Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Valid driving license and own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer relationship management.
