Talent Pool - IS - Project manager / Program Manager / Project/Program Lead / Senior Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

You will be mainly accountable for:
-Running initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing process groups for the given projects. Manages project integration, scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurements and stakeholders.
-Leads project team, applies PM methodology, processes, practices, tools and practices, coordinates supplier activities to deliver according to agreed quality, time and cost targets.
-Ensuring the IS programs/IS projects follow and comply with given goals of the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and any other applicable ABB Group Directives and ABB Group Guidelines.
-Responsible for prioritizing the project deliverables / activities in con-cert with the IS program/ IS project sponsors based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and other interdependencies.
-Consulting and providing input for any incident, change or project which has,



or might have, a major impact on area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role:

-Bachelors degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.

-10 Proven experience in IS Infrastructure Project Management, IS Project Methodology and IS Project Governance.

-PMP certification is must.
ITIL 4 foundation certification is a plus.

Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
Robust project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved in them
Excellent resource planning and task management skills
Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
