We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DA/ Early Assistant Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain complex data models using Python, SQL, and Pyspark.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Provide expert-level support for data-related projects and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.





Job Requirements
Robust proficiency in Python, SQL, Pyspark, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges is an asset.
