Getting trainees (especially advisors) in the training room as they are not on the payrolls of the company and are not willing to invest time to up bring their capabilities.
The span being large (managing multiple branches over spread locations and large team of existing universe + current hires) the training is being affected.

Implementation of training architecture at the regions to ensure that right learning happens which leads to desired capability and performance
Impacting stakeholders of mapped units positively for achieving recent sales targets and renewal
Ensure adherence and execution of Training Architecture for DSE s & Sales Managers of mapped units
Adherence to planned Monthly Calendar with min. 12 training man days excluding fieldwork per month, filling up of STMS & all other online reports and focusing on achieving the same
Facilitate Improving appear to pass % of DSE s
Aligning with Business & Identifying training needs across the respective region of BSLI and develop content with respect to the gaps
Measuring the effectiveness of all trainings conducted by self, line, vendors & elearning
