Role & responsibilities

Job Description:
Officer must known and follow Food Safety Standards, Quality standards, Policies, Procedures, & Processes that are designed & necessary to ensure Secure & Quality Food Products;
Follow government regulations & ISO Requirements
Produce the product to meet out the quality standards & specifications
Follow operational processes to compliance with procedures to include SOP, HACCP, GMP, & other regulatory pre-requisite programs, supporting company or customer FSQA programs; plan
Produce the product as per the standard without deviation,
Update current process/ operation techniques to minimize the wastage and reworks,
Adopting GMP, advance technical tools to increase the productivity
Participate in the review of Production meeting,




Monitor & control the process parameters to maintain the product safety and standard.
Conduct training to Supervisors / Operators & CL Based on General Awareness of Shop Floor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Interaction

Internal:
Internally Interact with HR, Purchase, Quality & Maintenance Department.

Knowledge:
Knowledge on Machine safety and personnel safety on job.
Knowledge of Dairy Technology is essential.
